Science Fair Help/Ask a Scientist Programs

Ask a Scientist from the HHMI.I just came across a great resource through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute called “Ask a Scientist.” Students can ask scientists questions, get help with homework or science fair projects, and get career advice on topics in medicine, biology, animals, genetics, evolution and more.

The Cornell Center for Materials Research (CCMR) has a similar site that also delves into chemistry, math and physics, as well as biology, “Ask a Scientist (CCMR).”

The U.S. Department of Education also has an ask a scientist website called NEWTON.
